The best papers of the Aluminium Two Thousand World Congress
The first prize: Judy Runge for her contribution to the science of anodizing through her new book entitled “The science of anodizing aluminum” and her presentation “Process Insights: The Science of Every Day Anodizing”
The next 4 prizes are for the most innovative researches:
- Mr. Jorgen Pettersson for his presentation “Reason for a Top Coat product on anodized Aluminium”
- Mr. Walt Ahland for his presentation “TriPlex™ - An Aluminum Oxide Thermal Variable Process”
- Mr. Riccardo Boi for his presentation “New process for anodizing treatment faster than standard technologies on special 2000 series aluminium alloys”
- Mr. Luca Fogliata for his presentation “Alfa-System”
A prize for the youngest speaker of this congress, Mr. Riccardo Pelaccia with his paper entitled “Advanced modeling of die cooling with liquid nitrogen”
A special prize to reward the Yost and the Turnipseed families for their record number of participations to the Aluminium 2000 congresses.
